ACCESS CARD
When you arrive, campground staff will provide you with an access card. If you are planning an outing during your stay, you must have this card with you at all times (24h/day) in order to regain access to the premises. Please note that the entrance and exit are monitored by camera.
IMPORTANTS INFORMATIONS
> A 50% deposit is required when making a reservation.
> Promotions may not be applied when booking online. Charges will be adjusted accordingly upon arrival. If you experience any difficulties with online booking or if you have any questions, please contact us at 418 248-9710.
> For cancellation and refund requestion, all details and conditions are indicated in the document containe the complete regulations for more details.
> Additional costs for electric cars from 2026.
> Access to the water slides is not included when booking a campsite or ready-to-camp site.
> The water park (including the swimming pool) will be accessible on July 3, 2026 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. and on July 4, 2026 between 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. due to a swimming competition.
> From mid-September to mid-October, waterfowl hunting takes place on the river shores near the campground. Gun shots may occasionally be heard nearby, but these are harmless to campers. Thank you for your understanding.
